It takes usually from 8 to 26 days, as we offer not only genuine, but so called OEM parts as well from known European and American suppliers. The customer has usual CAT warranty in both cases – 6 months since delivery.
To place an order or to book any amount of spares /consumables for customer in our stock, we usually ask for 100% prepayment unless we have a signed Service Agreement with this customer.
